Adjustments

Friday 5/15/26 - Sunday 5/17/26
Teachers: Chris & Morgan

An exploration of adjustments through verbal cues, demos, light touch, and hands on assists. Incorporating adjustments into your class in a safe and intentional way can enable students to feel poses or sensations that they can’t quite reach on their own yet. This does not mean pushing them past their current limit but instead showing them a new path of movement that they can begin exploring. Reinforcing these movements through adjustments can create pathways between the brain and the body that enable the practitioner to experience steadiness and ease in the postures. sthira sukham asanam
