What serves you today?

Yoga

We offer a variety of special classes, with our primary focus being Heated Vinyasa. Having a well-rounded and balanced practice is important for our body and mind, which is why we also offer Warm Slow Flow, Ashtanga, Yin, Myofascial Release, and Community Classes. We believe in honoring the yin & the yang.

Spa

We currently offer the universal healing modality of Reiki. We believe that a studio without Energy Work doesn’t feel complete, so we are happy to offer these additional services that contribute to overall well-being.

Boutique

Our Boutique is filled with work from Local Artists, Individual Artists across the United States, and Fair Trade Products. We take pride in supporting the artists in our community and individual artists we connect with online. Class Descriptions

Heated Vinyasa

Vinyasa Yoga strings together postures in fluid sequences using the breath to guide each movement. The added heat in our shala is just enough to warm up the body, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy. Vinyasa is a creative and energetic flow. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind.

Warm Slow Flow

This slower paced class allows you to connect to your breath, the poses, and their connection through movement. Expect less flows than our Heated Vinyasa class and more held stretches. The warm room is a comfortable temperature to help create space in the body, while still allowing you to build your own internal heat and energy flow. We recommend this class if you’re just starting out your practice!

Ashtanga (Led Primary Series)

Our Ashtanga-rooted class will focus on the Primary Series, modified to suit the individual needs of each student. This is a dynamic practice that connects the flow of breath with movement. The set sequence is designed to detox the body, the nervous system, and the mind by combining asana (pose), pranayama (breath) and dristhi (gaze). We know that every student’s practice is different, and it is our mission to bring an accessible approach to the practice of Ashtanga to our community. To add an element of fun to a challenging practice, expect upbeat music! Please note, this class is not recommended for beginners.

Ashtanga Open Mat

This Mysore Style class allows students to practice ashtanga yoga together in the same room, at their own pace, with one-on-one guidance from the teacher as needed. If you already have an existing ashtanga practice, this is a chance to spend a little more time on asanas that you’re currently working on & receive adjustments that you don’t normally get to in a led practice. If you’re new to ashtanga yoga, one of the teachers will slowly introduce the beginning parts of the sequence to you. Once those asanas become familiar, you will be given the next asanas in Primary Series and this will slowly build as you continue to return to your practice.  This is the most accessible method of learning the Ashtanga Yoga System.

Half Primary Series (Ashtanga)

This Ashtanga-rooted class will focus on Half Primary Series, (an abbreviated version of full primary series) modified to suit the individual needs of each student. This is a dynamic practice that connects the flow of breath with movement. The set sequence is designed to detox the body, the nervous system, and the mind by combining asana (pose), pranayama (breath) and dristhi (gaze). This practice is challenging, however, we know that every student’s practice is different, and it is our mission to bring an accessible approach to the practice of Ashtanga to our community.

Yin

Yin is a meditative yoga practice where you hold active stretches for 3-5 minutes. It gets your body and mind into a place where you really start to feel what’s present. When you reach this place of resistance in a stretch you will hold, breathe, and wait for the body to open. This class will nourish the subtle body. Yin allows the fascia to release, the chakras to open, and the nervous system to drop into a parasympathetic state.

MFR Full Body Reset

Tune into your own body’s needs through myofascial release. MFR is a self-massage used to hydrate tissues and release tension in the body. Through practicing MFR you will explore a greater connection to your body and it’s voice. Yoga stretches may be weaved into this practice to allow you to connect deeper to the subtle changes of the release. In this full body reset we work physically through our body’s energetic system releasing from root to crown.

Community Classes

We feel strongly that everyone should have access to yoga, which is why we’ve made Wednesday morning class fully donation-based. Registration will be free, so pay what you can, if you can. Sunday morning class is a $10 drop-in. Both classes support the teacher sharing their time and expertise as well as our Little Seedlings Scholarship. We’ve personally benefited so much from the practice of yoga and feel so honored as we continue to watch our weekly students grow and benefit as well, something that everyone should be able to experience. The style of these classes is vinyasa flow, but varies slightly depending on the teacher!

*Sunday Morning Policy: If you’re registered for class and don’t show up or you cancel your reservation with less than 3 hours notice, your $10 will go to the teacher and our Little Seedlings Scholarship. No credits or refunds.

Heated Vinyasa + Mediation

Vinyasa Yoga strings together postures in fluid sequences using the breath to guide each movement. The added heat in our shala is just enough to warm up the body, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy. This particular Vinyasa class will be a little slower and more foundational. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind. After 45 minutes of movement, you’ll have the option to stay for 10-15 minutes of guided meditation.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is tailored to serve the needs of mamas throughout their pregnancy journey. This class will help prepare your mind and body for pregnancy and labor. Prenatal yoga creates confidence in the strength and power of your body, and at the same time offers awareness and acceptance in your changing body. All trimesters are welcome!

Kids Yoga

This is a FUN filled class! Expect stories & games that encourage creative and imaginative play along with yoga poses to increase gross and fine motor skills. Each session includes a craft that they get to take home with them to encourage mindfulness and to remember their practice!

Energy Work Offerings

Reiki

Reiki means “Universal Life Energy.” It’s a practice that uses the body’s natural ability to heal itself- physically, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki energy is present everywhere and in all living things. This energy is channeled from higher areas of consciousness known as Spirit, God, Universe, Source…It moves through the Reiki Practitioner, and into the three aspects of the recipient- their body, mind and spirit. Reiki is received through the chakras that are directly connected to your own nervous system. Every cell in the body is so wise. Cells are the base of our physical life and hold a natural ability for us to heal from within. What happens during Reiki is that the cells of the body pull the energy that’s needed through the practitioner’s hands. You can pull in as much Reiki energy as you need to normalize the natural flow of your own Universal Life Energy and get into a relationship with the language of your body.

Sound Healing & Vibrational Massage with Tibetan Singing Bowls

Sound Healing is a powerful, multisensory approach that blends auditory and vibrational techniques to support deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and holistic well-being. At the heart of this practice are Tibetan singing bowls—sacred instruments that emit harmonic overtones and powerful vibrations, engaging both the body and mind in the healing process. Because the human body is composed of over 70% water, the vibrational frequencies from the bowls penetrate deeply into tissues and cells, gently massaging the body at a cellular level. When these bowls are placed on or around the body, their vibrations travel through muscles, bones, and organs—reaching places that hands alone cannot—promoting a profound sense of release and recalibration. This therapeutic modality works on multiple levels. Physically, it relieves tension and soothes the nervous system. Energetically, it stimulates the body’s natural resonance and unblocks stagnant energy, restoring harmony across the chakras and energy channels. Mentally and emotionally, the meditative tones help calm the mind, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and increase clarity. Whether experienced as a stand-alone sound session or combined with vibration massage, this holistic practice invites the entire being—body, mind, and spirit—into a state of balance, spaciousness, and healing. It’s not just relaxation; it’s resonance. Healing that begins from within.

Contraindications: Not safe during pregnancy. Use discretion if you have metal in your body and please let us know prior to your session!

Myofascial Release Full Body Reset

Thursdays: 4/30 + 5/21

$25 drop-in
*Included in class packages / memberships

Time to tune in to your own needs through myofascial release. Myofascial Release is a self-massage technique using RAD Recovery Rounds (or tennis balls), blocks & other props. This full body reset will balance our chakras so that energy can flow clearly and effortlessly through us. Think of your chakras as the emotional and energetic aspects associated with each muscle.  For example, when we don’t give ourselves permission to feel our emotions, we may feel stuck or tense around our hips and lower back. Together we will tune in to what we need by diving into each chakra using MFR for a full body release.

Each time we revisit this Full-Body Reset Class, we tap into different areas of our physical body, so it will not always be the same! Props will be provided, however if you have your own RAD Recovery Rounds please feel free to bring them :)
