Sample Day
7:30am - Morning Yoga Class
9am - Breakfast
10am - Free time to beach, surf, chill, etc!
1pm - Lunch
5pm - Evening Yoga Class
6:30pm - Dinner
*please note this is a very loose schedule & is subject to change! Each day will be a little different but there will be a perfect balance between scheduled activities where you are completely cared for and downtime where you are completely free to do as you please!

We will organize transportation; however you are responsible for payment upon arrival. Please send us your arrival & departure flight information as soon as you have it! If you are choosing to travel before or after and will secure your own transportation please let us know!

Interested in adding a Reiki Sharing Circle to your retreat experience?
This is an optional add on for your retreat experience! Join us for a heart-centered Reiki Sharing Circle open to both Reiki practitioners and those brand new to energy work. This fun and interactive hour is all about exploring energy in an easeful, welcoming way. No experience necessary.
Through playful partner exercises, we'll practice sensing and sharing energy back and forth, deepening our awareness while connecting with one another in a relaxed and supportive space. Practitioners will have the opportunity to offer Reiki, while non-practitioners will be guided in simple, intuitive ways to feel and work with energy.
Together, we'll also send healing energy to our retreat space, setting a collective intention for a lovely, harmonious, and joy-filled week ahead. Expect laughter, connection, and a beautiful reminder that energy work can be light, natural, and fun.

⋆ All villas have ocean views and their own pool access, kitchens, en-suite bathrooms, wifi & A/C.
Plus every room has access to all of the facilities (yoga shalas, outdoor jungle gym, hiking trails, meditation deck) the retreat center has to offer. They want their guests to feel at home, so they built homes!⋆ Retreat cost is based on shared rooms (doubles & triples - possibly quads). Please email us to inquire if you would like a private room (one person) at an additional cost. Space is limited.
⋆ Once you register you will be sent a retreat form where you will be able to list who you’d like to room with if you’re joining with a friend or 2..or 3!

☾ $1450 total cost (includes deposit)
⋆ $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on the retreatPlease note: The $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. The remainder of the payment is refundable prior to January 1st. After that date, it is no longer refundable under any circumstances. Final Payment is due by 2/1. Thanks for understanding!
Meet Your Teachers
We are so excited to explore the beautiful beaches of Nicaragua with you!
Morgan & Chris will guide you through thoughtful yoga classes, mixing in their favorite styles & modalities of vinyasa, slow flow, yin, mfr & more! They teach weekly classes at Haven and have led prior retreats so they know just how to ensure the best experience!
Justina will be offering a Reiki Sharing Circle for all of those who would like to join.
